All our rooms are in a self-contained unit. You will have your own electronic key card to the front door and your room, and so will be able to come and go as you choose with privacy assured.

There is no surcharge for your overnight "guest".

Although our rooms are above The Classroom A-Go-Go Bar on a busy nightlife street they are very quiet with black-out curtains to ensure you can enjoy a restful night's sleep.

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking but they all have a balcony where you can go outside to enjoy a smoke and the view.

MAKE A RESERVATION ENQUIRY

Earliest check in time is 16.00. Check out time is 12.00 (noon).

You must pay a deposit to secure your room reservation. If you do not your room may or may not be available when you arrive. Similarly any room quote you may have been given is not "locked in" without a deposit, and would be subject to change without notice.

Guests must pay for additional days if checking in before or checking out after these times in order to guarantee access to their room. We will try to accommodate requests for early check in or late check out but cannot guarantee that the room will be available. Late check out requests can only be made on the day of departure before noon. No check out later than 16.00 without payment for an extra day.

Guests must prepay for each day that they stay in a room. They cannot check in before payment is received for at least one night. They can only remain in the room for days where payment has been made.
